Request the return
Tell us the reason. We review your request and email you our answer with the prepaid return label.
The conditions
You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a return. Return shipping is covered by Versant West: a prepaid return label is emailed to you once your request is accepted. Refunds are in full, to the original payment method.
Pieces must be returned unworn and unwashed, with their label attached. A piece with the label removed, or that has been washed or worn, cannot be returned. Underwear, such as the NO-TOE thong, is protected by a hygiene sticker: it can only be returned if the sticker is still in place. Once the sticker has been removed, it cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons (article L221-28 of the French consumer code).
Exchanges
Need another size or colour? Return the piece under the same conditions for a full refund, then order the new one. The size guide helps you choose before ordering.
