Pre-order
Part of the collection is in stock, the rest is offered on pre-order: each product page and each cart line shows which. For a pre-order piece, allow four to six weeks between your order and dispatch. Pieces marked “In stock” on their page are dispatched within 5 working days. An order combining in-stock and pre-order pieces ships as a single parcel, once every piece is ready. Payment is taken when you order.

Your cart is stored in your browser. Payment, order tracking and returns are handled by Shopify, on shop.versantwest.com. Prices shown here come from the catalogue; the exact amount, tax and delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery to France and Belgium.

Traffic is measured anonymously by Vercel Web Analytics, with no cookies. The Meta pixel is only loaded with your consent. Fonts are served by the site. Photos, videos and the home page Instagram previews are delivered by Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia), which receives your device’s IP address in the process, like any host.

How long is it between ordering and dispatch?
Allow four to six weeks between your order and dispatch, production included. Pieces marked “In stock” on their page are dispatched within 5 working days. An order combining in-stock and pre-order pieces ships as a single parcel, once every piece is ready. You receive email updates at every step.
How does pre-ordering work?
Part of the collection is in stock, the rest is offered on pre-order: each product page and each cart line shows which. Payment is taken when you order. Your order is confirmed by email as soon as payment goes through.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to metropolitan France and Belgium, to your door or to a pickup point.
How much does delivery cost?
In metropolitan France: pickup point (Mondial Relay) €4.90, free from €90 of purchase; home delivery (Colissimo) €13.90; express (Chronopost) €16.90. In Belgium: pickup point (Mondial Relay) €7.54, free from €90 of purchase; home delivery (Chronopost) €17.34. All rates include all taxes.
How do I return a piece?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, from your account. Return shipping is covered by Versant West: a prepaid label is emailed to you once your request is accepted. Refunds are in full, to the original payment method.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is handled by Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods: bank card, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
What are the Founding Members?
The first twenty orders give access to Founding Member status: fifteen per cent off for life and free pickup-point delivery, with no minimum order. These benefits apply automatically from your next order, with no code.
Which size should I choose?
The size guide gives the recommended size from your height and weight, and for bras from your bust and underbust measurements. Measured by hand: allow 1 to 3 cm either way.
How do I care for the pieces?
The Care panel on the product pages sets out care: most pieces machine wash on a delicate cycle, with no tumble dryer and no ironing; the satin jacket is dry clean only and the cotton jacket machine washes at 30 °C, with no tumble dryer; the cap machine washes at 30 °C, with no tumble dryer.
